Who we are

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service. It does not use cookies or any persistent identifiers to track you across sites, and does not collect personal data. It measures aggregate metrics such as page views and load performance. No consent banner is shown because no tracking cookies are set.

Booking a call

When you book an "App Health Audit" call via Cal.com, Cal.com processes the booking details you provide (name, email, and any notes) to schedule and manage that appointment. Cal.com acts as an independent processor for that data under its own privacy policy.

Audit request form

If you submit the "free written audit" form, we collect your name, work email, and the app store URL you provide. This data is stored in our CRM (HubSpot) to respond to your request and, if relevant, follow up about our services.

Outreach data

We conduct business-to-business outreach to companies whose publicly listed mobile apps show signs of falling behind on maintenance (e.g. outdated dependencies, store compliance risk). Where we contact a named individual (typically a CTO, Head of Engineering, or similar role), we do so on the basis of legitimate interest: the outreach is B2B, role-based, and relevant to that person's professional responsibilities. Data used for this purpose may include: publicly available company and app information, a business email address, and job title — sourced from public app store listings, company websites, and B2B data providers (e.g. Apollo.io).

Every outreach email identifies AdvanceTribute Lda and includes a working opt-out. You can also opt out at any time by replying "remove me" to any email, or by contacting [email protected]. Opt-out requests are honored across all future outreach.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. Deletion requests are processed end-to-end, including from outreach systems.

Data retention

We retain contact and outreach data for as long as it remains relevant to an active or potential business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
